Art Musings No. 11

I stumbled upon this image, and at first glance, the color grabbed my attention. But upon closer inspection I was drawn to the way the asphalt created texture. That, along with the way the different shades of blue almost disguised the handicap symbol. It seemed sort of an odd attempt at a piece of pop art that still had a utilitarian purpose, How often do you discover random images that relate back to your life?
