Art Musings No. 7

Images take hold in many different forms. The elements become weathered at their own pace creating something new. As I crossed a local street, the remnants of Pride month took on a new meaning. As if to make a statement on the extreme heat, a random piece of vinyl looks like a graphic flame echoing the hot summer days. Is this art? You decide.
