Art Musings No. 4

I love spending time walking around NYC. It’s a never ending visual feast. The energy is always what you make it. On a recent sunny day, a construction zone seemed to mirror a Christo and Jeanne-Claude installation. The bright color stood out in the sunlight as a beacon for any onlookers. As in true New York fashion, someone added a graffiti image of a heart to make the area a bit more personal.

Note: The image is close up of a construction tarp that someone added a quick, gestural heart image. Is this art? You decide.
